The pick looks like one of those tools that jewelers have for picking up gemstones/diamonds when they are loose from a jewelry setting. Never thought I'd see one of those in an ASMR video! (I know, I wasn't supposed to have my eyes open, but I was too curious, having not seen one of those tools in almost a year and a half now)
