try to put some pressure on your temples, maybe give your ears a massage? I often tend to drink loads of water (I suffer from migraines), plop on some asmr if it doesn't irritate me further, and press something cold against my forehead or temples. It helps quite a bit. Painkillers are very damaging to your organs, so I try to find ways to go without them unless it's mandatory

I skip them since the video that I click on is nothing to do with the video. Like the sponsorship is just talking. But the video is something like idk. Tapping sounds. Like I came for that. Not the other. I'm not saying it's a negative thing. I use to love the sponsors but it's just become annoying it's like a 3 minute long advert.

Hey Frivi, thanks for making these kinds of videos. When I first got into ASMR I discovered that it slightly affected me. It took finding your channel with the more extreme mouth clicks and smacks? That you make where I could consistently get some tingles per video instead of watching entire videos and maybe get 1 or 2 slight tingles. I know its not as lucrative for you to make these more extreme videos so sincerely thank you for what you do.
