In ASMR Follow My Directions to Sleep | Eyes Closed Praise, Guided Relaxation, I will be giving you a number of specific directions to follow to help you sleep or focus! At around 11:00 you will be able to close your eyes and I wont ask you to do anything that requires vision. I love these types of videos when I am trying to fall asleep because it distracts my brain from intrusive and anxious thoughts. Enjoy lovelies!!

What is ASMR?
Autonomous sensory meridian response, sometimes auto sensory meridian response, is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. A pleasant form of paresthesia, it has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia and may overlap with frisson.
Basically I make quiet noise you go sleep sleep.

hey guys :) before you start the video: - did you brush your teeth? - did you wash your face? - did you take care of your pets (if you have any)? - are you wearing pajamas or comfy clothing? - are there any streaks you need to safe? - did you pack your bag/pick out your outfit for tomorrow? - do you have some water with you? - are the lights off and the doors locked? - did you set your alarm (if needed)? if you answered no to any of these questions then this is your reminder to do whatever you need to do
