Hi guys! This is a follow my instructions/do as I say video, but in both English and Spanish! It's got lots of tapping, repetition, water/bottle spraying, ear to ear whispers, follow the light, inaudible whispers, testing your intuition, and more.
While I was editing it, I realized it came across a lot like a "learn spanish" type video haha... in the future, I think I'll repeat less in English - unless you guys like how I mixed the languages here!

I don't speak any Spanish and I really enjoyed this! I didn't even have subtitles on. The switch between languages is almost an ASMR trigger in itself. It felt cool to not understand you and then suddenly understand again 😅

I hope it’s ok to make a request! I suffer with really awful anxiety, and your videos have seriously helped me so much. You know the anxiety relief videos you’ve done in the past? Could you do another one but focus on distraction, as that’s a huge thing that helps me calm down! So maybe like follow the instruction, listening to what you’re saying, you asking questions etc whilst doing affirmations to help w anxiety? Sorry if that’s a lot! Thank you for another great video, it’s 2:30am in the uk so gonna go to bed with this video🫶🏼💜

It's been 20 years since I've spoken any Spanish ... the basic grammar is intact in my memory bank, but a full conversation would be sunk by my rustiness. Sometimes with your rhythm, I understand more of the Spanish than I do of the English. Can't really think of an explanation why, other than the fact that English has required more concentration lately.

@@antonellaremy5939 Creo que porque estamos en el mismo continente. Soy brasileña y vivo en Alemania y lo que me parece es que aquí piensan que toda Latam es igual. Generalizan la historia latinoamericana y como hay mas paises que hablan español y fueron invadidos y colonizados por españa, creen que a todos les paso lo mismo.

I honestly really loved this! I am trying to learn Spanish as well and, while I'm not as good as you, it was really fun and helpful to just follow along and try my best to remember and repeat the words in Spanish. On top of that, it was very calming and relaxing. Thank you

I usually listen to ASMR videos at night before going to sleep, and you're now one of my favs! Your voice is very relaxing! PS: I'm from Spain (I want to improve my English, so listening to ASMR in English has helped me a lot) and I have to say YOU ARE REALLY GOOD at spanish, I love your confidence, how you say you're going to make mistakes but you still try super hard. Gracias para este video!!! These types of videos really help me get better at understanding and speaking Spanish! I know I’ve been getting better at it because I’ve noticed I can translate some of the comments on Spanish videos myself! I’m def better at reading than speaking/listening though so I truly appreciate these videos! Plus the language is so calming and tingly to listen to.

Hey Sarah. I think it would be a good idea to make a video recommending English books with appropriate grammar and modern language. I'm a native Spanish speaker and I believe I speak very fluent English but It's always a good idea to expand vocabulary with a good read. I'm not an avid reader so I guess that's why my favorite vids of yours are book recommendations.

I think I'm gonna make one of my NY Resolutions to learn Spanish. Its the second most spoken language in America & I know way too many people in my life that speak it.
