This is extremely effective. Almost like hypnosis. Trying to focus while you relaxingly whisper instructions is actually making me sleepy.

I loved these two videos! Got mad tingles, especially during the parts where you kept repeating phrases like "tell me what letter." That repetition made the ASMR stronger!

I don’t think this video is designed for anxiety relief, but it really sure does feel that way. I just started crying at the three minute mark? And I think it’s because the intent in your voice of “Look over here” just made me feel like you were deliberately trying to ground me before my brain could run amuck. You just have such a calming presence that makes me feel so safe before I fall asleep each night, so thank you

This entire video was so relaxing but I particularly like the ‘tell me what letter’ part the most. I’m not sure if it was the hand motions or the repetition that was best. I’d love to see more of that.
