I've recently lost a loved one and know the pain of dealing with those emotions. This ASMR video is for those who are going through grief or who are feeling sad and hopeless. I hope this video can help you feel comforted and a little bit better. You are not alone! The video includes lots of personal attention triggers like hand movements, face touching, whispering, soft spoken voice, massage and words of affirmation. In my life I’ve always been the one to help others grieve, leaving no room for myself. Your hand movements, and deep, warm maternal voice triggered something in me. I feel like a little kid who wants to crawl into a lap and just start sobbing and shaking.

Don't know how I missed this one. My dear father suddenly entered his final decline and didn't make it last July. I wish I'd watched this in the terrible month that followed, but I'm very glad I've finally seen it now. It's a very special video: much more than ASMR. It's emotionally highly intelligent and wonderfully supportive. You're a very bright and kind young lady, and I am very sorry for your loss. I guess I understand, sadly.

This couldn't of been the more perfect time popping up on my feed. I lost someone very close to me and my mom yesterday. Very unexpected. Which is worst. I've lost people In my life, but it was knowingly. I still struggle with grief and death. I just want to say I cried a lot during this video. I appreciate you so much. You have no idea. Sorry for you loss 💕

im sorry if my comment will trigger bad memories of yours bc i hope u healed and recovered since then but still im very sorry for your loss. it's been almost a year since my dad is gone but i still can't fully recover from this shock. ur video is kinda life changer for me i needed to hear those words and i feel much better now thank u so much(also ive never cried bc of his death even on funeral but now hehe im sobbing like a kid maybe too much personal info but i feel i can trust u)
