And also one more note- another version of a broken heart is just either being too lonely or done dirty by someone that wasn't an ex-partner like a friend or relative. This is just a reminder that having a broken heart from those situations is also just as valid, you're allowed to be vulnerable and emotional to let out all the sadness, and you're most definitely allowed to learn, grow, and heal from it
