最近とある性犯罪の被害にあって、まともな生活を遅れないでいたのですが今日病院に行ったら心的外傷後ストレス障害とパニック障害と診断されてしまいました。最近自分の様子がおかしいなと気づいてはいたけどいざ真っ向からあなたは病気ですと言われるとショックで。閉鎖空間が怖くて電車に乗れなかったり、当時のことがフラッシュバックして手が震えたり過呼吸になったり、そんなことばかりで眠れない日々が続いていますが、のぞみさんの動画を見て少しでも支えになっています。 今日から睡眠導入剤と抑うつ剤の服用が始まります。効果としては、感情の振れ幅が狭まるため、不安や悲しみが和らげられるぶん、楽しい嬉しい、そういった心が踊ることも減るみたいです。また、昼間でも眠気やめまいが強く出る薬なようで、明日からの自分の生活がどんな風に変わってしまうのかと、漠然とした恐怖を感じています。ですが、今この動画を見ていると、少し気が楽になる気がします。頑張ります。いつもステキな動画をありがとうございます！ これからも動画アップ楽しみにしています。
