in the lumix settings there is a few options labled AF/AE. AF/AE lock should be set to AF lock, and AF/AE lock hold should be set to ON. once the camera is focused how you want you press the AF/AE button (sometimes labeled Fn2) and it will lock that focus in until the button is pressed again. Like so Raffy can see this!

If you want this Lumix to focus. 1. Put it on manual focus. 2. Manually Focus it on your mic. 3. Focus stays on your face and mic when u start filming. Hope this helped!

I'm fairly sure that Raffy is an engineer of some kind. Clearly, he has a respectable and enjoyable job. ASMR takes the backseat in the bigger picture of his life. As a viewer, it may be hard to see this. Plus, the rules of supply and demand check out; the more frequently he posts videos, the less 'special' they would become to the viewers.

Hey raffy Taffy, before u start recording use auto focus to focus on u, by halfpressing ur trigger button. And than, u should find a AF/MF switch on ur lens just turn the switch to MF after u fous on your self, the camera should lock the focus. Or else in camera picture settings you should find the Focus settings saying AF-C or AF-S select M manual focus on the camera this should work too. I hope this was helpful. Cheers man great work. You have a good voice for ASMR, may be control a bit of breathing in front of the microphone, I like breathing sounds but I think theres too much of that. Thank you Sam

The sign in the background changes color, making your camera focus on that every time it switch’s. There should be a setting in the menu tabs to change the auto focus settings. Also, good to see you back!🤙🏼

Beekibye the changing light makes the sensor pick up on it, making it think that the lighting in the room is changing. If you look at the light, as he moves away from it, you can see it focus back and forth, as the sign pops up behind him. It’s just an idea though

The changing of colours might affect the contrast, not auto focus, but it’s that far away so it shouldn’t matter.

Yeah, its switching focus between him and the words on the colour changing sign. I noticed that the focus would be off him and would be on the raffy taphy sign at times whenever he would move to a spot where the camera pick up the words on the sign

Hey Raffy, try putting the camera in AFS with tracking which means it remains in the same focus. If that's what you want. You should find it in the settings with no problem. Also Raffy, when you do empty the Orbeez container, I'd love to hear it like half filled with water or something. I think it would sound good and different.
