I feel the same way tbh. I started developing a receding hairline and it looks really bad in the front so I've just let it grow out. I wear a hat everyday. Which only makes it worse in the long run lol gonna have to buzz it myself because I'm too embarrassed to go see a professional

My barber closed permanently after covid and I didn't get it cut since. I had some weird anxiety about it I didn't understand. I got it cut and donated it about a month ago and it was a huge boost to my confidence. I hope you change your mind and let someone take care of you.
