I think what I love most about Emma (and there's so many things I love) is her understanding maternal touch. the way she recognises that we've had a long day and she uses imagery of snuggling, it just makes me feel like a little kid. my mum often thinks as a stroppy teen I don't need tucking in and looking after anymore but i miss it a lot. Emma's motherly ways always take me back to when I was a kid and that sweet nostalgia sends me straight to sleep. it's like having a pocket mummy 💕

Dear Emma, this may be the typical “I usually don’t comment or I am a passive user” comment, but I really felt the need to write you some very honest words. I am dealing with a lot of terrible things at the moment or more specifically they are following me since one year now. I am talking about depression, anxiety, pressure and stress that I cannot go through alone without becoming insane. I wanted to tell you that whenever I hear your voice all of these negative emotions are gone. Whenever I see your face I instantly feel comfortable and each one of your videos is a true present for me and my soul. You have no idea of how much of an impact you have on my life and i very dearly hope to meet you someday to experience your positive and special energy in person and to thank you for changing my life. Claw clips are also better than hair ties because they don't damage your hair when in place. Hair ties weaken the areas of the hair they sit on the most and cause breakage.

If you have extremely sensitive skin and prone to little blemishes and redness I would suggest using a real foamy face wash first instead of after. It takes almost everything off. Then do the cleansing and toning. There's less excess rubbing with cotton pads that way. Then you can gently cleanse & tone. This is a great ritual to follow even if you don't wear makeup to wind down for the evening , it's really relaxing 😊

Love this video 💗It's fun to see other peoples rituals. I never got into micellar water until I tried the bioderma one with the pink cap , it takes off EVERYTHING and you don't have to use much. Or if I'm feeling lazy and want my makeup off with as few steps as possible i use the heimish all clean balm all over my face (even my eyes) and everything melts right off.
