This is my attempt at replicating honeycomb sounds, vegan style (crumpets soaked in golden syrup). What do you think?

Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for being a part of this little KZfaq family - I love and appreciate each and every one of you. 💕💕💕 As for today's video, this is my vegan attempt at replicating the sounds of the ever-popular honeycomb that does the rounds quite often in the ASMR eating world. Since I don't eat honey this is the closest we're going to get on this channel (for those who have asked for it in the past). I don't think it particularly sounds like honeycomb, but I love, love, love the sounds nonetheless. What do you think?

Thank you, sis! Crumpets are very popular in Aus. They're usually eaten with a thin spread of jam, Vegemite or honey. Not soaked in syrup like this crazy lady has prepared, lol! 💕💕💕

F**k yeah! I do too sometimes. I have a little shot of it when I'm in the mood for it, lol. This was actually very difficult to eat and I kept thinking it would probably be easier if I had used maple syrup. But if I had, that bowl of syrup would have cost $20 instead of $3. 😂💕

it’s even more awful than it sounds :( i don’t think i’m celiac, although i haven’t been tested for it yet. it seemed to be a sudden severe intolerance, which is odd considering i used to pretty much live on gluten, like breads etc. i haven’t been diagnosed or anything cuz i’m agoraphobic so it’s really tough for me to go to a doctor. wow, life story or what. sorry about the rambling :)

Chuck Finn Oh, I'm so sorry to hear that. :( Do you tend to stress a lot? (I'm guessing if you are agoraphobic then the answer is yes.) I've heard that stress can cause digestive issues (like IBS and such) which could be causing your intolerance to gluten. Anyway, I'm not a doctor or anything so don't take anything I say to heart, but I've heard this a few times now. xx

Hungry Herbivore ASMR you very well could be right about that, since it started around a particularly stressful time. the stress is on an almost constant basis. i would take anxiety meds if it would lower the stress, but they terrify me. it’s frustrating when nothing is resolvable because of another issue being in the way of everything. aren’t i a ray of sunshine? haha. anyway, i hope your life is at least a little easier this one :)

Sounds Satifying.... If I ate 1/1000 of one... I would gain 500 pounds! 😂! You are so lucky you said you are naturally slim. I wasnt. Ive had to work it off lol. Ive lost like 10ish pounds last summer. I'm almost at my goal for a flat.stomach
