I do not understand why these videos work for me, but I did not refill my sleeping pills, and even quit drinking, and mixing the two. I cannot make it past 30 minutes of these videos, and I am asleep for 6 hours with no drugs, and alcohol. Thank You from USA!!!!!

Could be that haircuts give a feeling of safe change, so the rythmic tones of scissors/ other barber tools and thag Idea of saftey give the brain enough distracting stimulation to drift into sleep. (Sorry, finished psychology last year and wanted to use it.)

Just amazing talent. If I tried just cutting one snip of my hair with scissors (Which I've unfortunately done before) I just end up looking like Gail Weather's from SCREAM 3 😷
