I was feeling a bit sleepy so I decided to make a simple ASMR video to keep you relaxed and make you feel sleepy too hahaha. Hand movements are my favorite visual trigger, and when it is added to hand sounds I think it's perfect. If you want, you can also use it to get a good night's sleep.
