I know some of us have been suggesting asmr for years, thank you for venturing out into asmr! So much YT creators always turn down asmr and just take the narrative of it being weird. You're open minded but still true to yourself, truly an icon.

I had a nervous breakdown in February 2019. My counsellor suggested that I find things to self soothe. Other people's ASMR doesn't help, but this one does. I find that materials that are extremely soft really helps me. The best one is a large pad of felted fur from brushing my cats. It just looks like a pad of grey wool, but it calms my nerves down almost instantly.

This is an absolutely blessing experience. I will be saving this film for viewing later during the night as I prepare for my slumber. Although, I suppose it will be less of a viewing and more of a listening. Edit: I will say, I would personally recommend producing films with more emphasis on the talking as opposed to other sounds such as tapping, scraping, brushing, or rubbing. Not that I would wish for you not to produce these films, I am just a listener that prefers films in which ASMRtists simply talk. I am aware, however, that there are those who are the opposite in that they would prefer films in which the emphasis is directed more at these specific sounds as opposed to the talking. This is merely something to consider for future films, it would be good to create a variety of films to accommodate the viewers' preferences and provide them with options that suit their relaxation needs.
