@@FrankSixerASMR I did! Honestly I would love a full breath work / body scan video (I don't know if you've done one already)! I do meditations with breathwork in the morning but I didn't realise how useful and relaxing it would be at night 💕

@@jinx6260 Aw yeah! I got two breathwork vids for ya! No body scan one as of yet though. Maybe in the near future, I put it on my "video ideas" list. Thanks for the idea! I do breathwork in the morning & night. Activating faster paced in the morning, and slow and chill at night. It's a game changer for sure. Enjoy the vids! That's funny, I have a blooper when I was waiting for my neighbor to be quiet, and I rubbed my beard on the mic for like 5 minutes straight. Lol It actually sounded really good. I'll use it as a trigger for you in an upcoming video. 😁❤️🙏
