Jay Valentine The chance of a blood clot causing a stroke is there whenever you get your neck cracked. I realize it is part of the culture there, but I would not let a chiropractor crack my neck, never mind a barber. I cringe every time I see it.

RO3 I think you are making a wrong assumption of what I eat and do to my body my friend. I eat very healthy, am at the gym 6 times a week and have run several marathons, so there is no garbage going into my body.

i really like the massage, but this cracking every day is soooo dangerous. iam sure every indian barber got a chiropractic education ( irony) but even then is the amount of cracking very dangerous. i know it is all about clicks.

No, they don't have a chiropractic education, these are just family barber busineses. They only do the basic cracks because these give temporary relief, they can do basic hair cutting, massasing, cracking, and slapping. Hell, if I wanted to have a chiropractic education I would need to go to a whole different country to study it, imagine thousands of these indians going to england.

This is by far the simplest, least effective and least pleasing massage technique you could possibly learn or perform. Everything from the horrible smacking technique which has little effect on muscle damage; to the bright lighting and consistent street noise. You couldn’t possibly pay for a less relaxing massage.
