Today I’m having dumplings too! Some will be with pork, some with cabbage and mushrooms and some with chicken. :) I love dumplings because you can stuff it with whatever you like and it’s always delicious. And the wrapping is so pleasingly sticky. 😍🥟 QOTD answer: My family have some special delicious recipes... I love my mom’s legumine, chicken with crackers and cheese, and instant noodle salad, and my grandma’s honey chicken, pork with bacon and tomato sauce, French cheese soup and Hungarian goulash soup. 🤤 It’s all sooo good... and I really love the fact they made it from their hearts. ❤️❤️❤️

Your mandu looks amazing! My family loves making dumplings. Being Chinese we usually put pork, leek or a veggie of some sort (whatever is on sale) and sometimes shrimp and mushrooms! It’s always the best comfort food living away from home!!

The Vietnamese equivalent is bánh gối. My grandma stuff them with pork, carrots, glass noodles, some type of mushroom I do not know the name of in English. All is encased in a pastry pan fired shell and is served with a fish sauce dip. I miss it just by writing about it. She'll make it for us when the outbreak is over.

Yeah my Nana made a dessert which my family always enjoyed and we tried to make it as well. It NEVER tastes the same! 😜🤷♀️ Definitely one more reason to love your family!..handmade dishes. 😂🥰👌

저희집도 명절쯤에 직접 만두를 만들곤 하는데 집만두 특유의 둔탁한 매력과... 아무튼 존맛이죠... 기성품만두와는 비교가안되는 😂😂😂
