This was so helpful, just had someone I absolutely love and care for do the unthinkable to me. This person constantly lets me down and disappoints me/disrespects me. This last thing he did really finally did it for me and I have been absolutely struggling and he’s already texting other women. Hurts so bad but I knew it was time to finally let go and this was so helpful to me thank you!

I enjoy all of your content & I cant remember if you went over this already but maybe some of your own personal advice or thoughts on how to navigate through life one day at a time or something similar? I dont even mind if you think of literally anything else, all of your content rocks 👍🏽

@@vicvir. It’s funny you said that. I actually recorded a video very similar to that last night, but I found it to be incredibly boring while I was editing this morning. I’m not scrapping the idea, but I’m going to tweak the script.
