Sleep Paralysis scares me so bad. Especially when I get the feeling of my head being stuck to the pillow, see, I got chills down my spine just thinking about it🫢

@@Sabrinalistenerhub It usually happens when I fall asleep on my couch or chair, like other than my bed, and the fact I’m usually uncomfortably sleeping in those areas causes my sleep paralysis to happen.

@@e.michele one time I just opened my eyes from a sleep and I instantly had it while my eyes were open and I saw this thing on my , I told my mom she’s like blah blah blah your need it pray , it’s a nightmare 😂😂😂, like gurlll plz
