Cynthia Hill here. I may be a weirdo, but as I lay in bed listening I was in tears. Never has a relaxation video gotten to me like this. "Loved, warm, and safe." Three words that struck a chord. As a past trauma survivor, that's all I want To feel loved, to be warm, and safe. Jeremiah, you truly have a gift!

This was akin to one of my therapy sessions where we did grounding techniques and visualizations (but this video was far more helpful IMO). Your patience and gentleness create such a safe space, which is so needed, especially when trying to relax and let ourselves be vulnerable. Near the end, I even grabbed my journal and just let my thoughts spill out after laying down for a bit. I feel much more at peace. Thank you endlessly, Jeremiah ❤

Just watched Thursday's stream yesterday so sounds very similar, loved how you went from talking on stream to a full 30 minute hypnosis session. Everything you do shows it comes naturally which makes it much more relaxing and enjoyable!

Jeremiah 😊, I watched this video meditation and all I can say is wow. The impromptu meditation during Thursday’s stream was amazing already and I couldn’t wait to listen to this one. I played it right before bed and had to fight to stay awake because the journey was amazing. Your voice in this one was pure velvet, a fluffy cloud of calmness. You really have a gift for guided meditations. Less than 2 minutes into it and I could feel the relaxation all over. The best kind of magic 🪄 Thank you so much for what you do. This video is incredibly well done. Been dealing with a lot of anxiety and depression, and this week a lot of insomnia sleeping only 1-2 hours a night. I didn't even make it through the video last night and I was out. I appreciate you!

I stumbled onto this video and am delighted by the encounter. I've been into ASMR since its first days. I don't experience tingles per se, same as I'm not susceptible to hypnosis. Yet both can bring me great tranquility. With this video I was able to visualize two components of my subconscious and they were represented by 2 elderly, Native American women (I am of NA descent myself). That was incredible! The nice thing about hypnotic language is that you don't need to be a "trained hypnotist" to make that kind of magic happen! This was all sorts of perfect combinations of different relaxation techniques, but I have a question. Being a newbie, I have yet to experience "the tingles." Somebody describe this to me!

This video has melted me into a puddle of relaxation. incredible video!! i will admit that the just heavy breathing with nothing on screen did make me start laughing to the point where i had to pause the video for like 5 minutes. but i think all good asmr videos should make you die laughing at least once.
