ASMR leg and shoulder kettlebell workout at home in my garden.
The workout was:
15 sets
2 strict shoulder press with 2 x 32kg
2 squats with 2 x 40kg
I took approximately 2 minutes rest between sets
After my main sets were done I did the following:
3 sets
Seesaw shoulder press to failure 2 x 24kg
Deficit back lunges x 8 per leg 2 x 32kg
