I like the "hey you" and "pay attention". When I go to bed I'm usually full of thoughts, I want to relax but I can't focus on an asmr video. And when I am paying attention, that trigger is really tingly.

for me who have ADHD the tingle "pay attention" helps me to pay real attention again and still gives me a very good feeling when I hear it, thanks for the video!

The GOAT is back! Loved the video, per usual. The positive affirmations with hand sounds and movements were so tingly! I really needed those positive affirmations and words of encouragement and I wanted to say it’s so sweet of you to put those in your video for everyone❤️ I did find the peach La Croix after days of searching and I did have to acquire the taste, but it’s the best drink I’ve ever had. I also love Dr Pepper, but it definitely gives it a run for its money.
