It's so cool how your mom does this with you both.!!! ....My mom used to scratch my head like fingers through hair when I was a kid it's one of my fondest memories of her and it's my fav to this day puts me right to sleep instantly! Whenever she comes to visit I ask her to do it still even at 40 years old. Ive continued it with both my daughters as well they love it too .....asmr through the generations can't think of a better love to pass to my girls! ❤️ 😘

That’s so sweet, I’m glad you are continuing the tradition with your daughters. I grew up next door to my grandmother and she would do the same thing. Whenever I spent the night she would scratcher her fingers over my scalp, flutter her finger tips down my cheek, and sing a soft lullaby. Put me right to sleep every time and as a woman in my thirties I still ask her to do it any time I see her hahaha.

For anyone who thinks ASMR is weird, this couldn’t be further from being weird, it’s such a wonderful natural human bonding experience…in fact we’ve been doing this sort of activity with each other since BEFORE we were even human. During the last round of massages, the girl in the middle was really enjoying that relaxing massage 💆🏼‍♀️ she often closes her eyes and moves her back towards her mom. It’s soo sweet, she the mom massaging her daughter. I wish I could have something like that. Not really the case for me 😢

That's the one I was taught to do. Though I've seen a few different versions. I also just saw one about going on a treasure hunt that includes the three straight lines and a dot dot dot.

Lol we always did the gruesome one. Stab a knife in your back. And at the end of every phrase you thump your fists into their back and chant concentrate concentrate. The very end is shoving the person forward and saying BOO because supposedly that would show you how you were going to die-that hard push would give you flashes of your future.
