Someone was measuring in my office recently for future renovations/decoration. It was so comforting the way they worked so quietly, measuring along. Someone should make an ASMR video like that!

Duuuude I just went to get my lenses replaced this January and I went to a new eye doctor since I haven’t found one I liked in my area yet. My doctor cleaned out some of the glands on my under eye because I had some weird build up I’ve never had before (don’t judge me, they come and go lol). He took a q tip and got it off. Then he showed me with his fingernail how little pressure it takes to scrape the little things off my eyelid and I could’ve fallen asleep in that chair deadass 😂 I love the eye doctor. Except when I have to get my eyes dilated

Oh man if my eye doctor Knew how sleepy I get for the whole shebang.. I bet he would be sad I was too busy not paying attention. Even the nice lady who does the eye scans and blowing air in my eye puts me out.

Fun fact: the two silver lines on the temples of the Persol frame are not just for style, but also for flexibility. You can bend them a bit at this spot, which compensates for the rigid, massive hinge. And as an optician, I am amazed about the fact that my daily work can sound so soothing. Great job!

My Ophthalmologists has a very nice soothing voice and i get shivers every time i go to the eye dr... THE first time i ever got asmr tingles was when i got my first pair of glasses.. btw Cap the hair is 🔥

Ugh, so good. 🫠 First off: the transitioning of the glasses on/off our “faces” was slicker than butter. The fabric and glasses cleaning noises were lovely (trying not to fall asleep typing this, hold on), and you spouting glasses jargon was surprisingly enjoyable. Lastly: thank you for the even more gentle talking/whispering when you get close to explain each pair of glasses. That closeness is just tippy-top ASMR for me. I’m mad for that “personal attention” vibe. Supoib! 👌

I definitely have a very pork bun-esque face but a lot of these frames are my go-to designs too! I am visually disabled so I get my glasses fitted and checked every year. And yes, I have had a few Dahmer glasses lmao I love to travel and my favorite pair of glasses when I go to the beach are square glasses with sunglasses clip-ons.
