@@ticianesalvatore7356 coreanos são mais fáceis de se manter magros mesmo comendo em grande quantidade. A maioria das pessoas coreanas que fazem esse tipo de conteúdo fazem treinos intensivos para manter sua forma, saude e bem estar. Bom exemplo de pessoas coreanas que comem meio mundo e são magros é o SiO ASMR. Se não fizessem, ficariam igual o nikocado avocado. Um mukbanger americano que acabou com seu estado fisico e até mental. Pesquise sobre ele ou videos dele (mas só quando não estiver comendo rsrs)
