I tried ASMR morning routine: Relaxing and Satisfying- my first time trying ASMR with over 70 triggers to help you relax. I've seen ASMR videos on KZfaq and decided to test it out. You love my morning routine DIY, life hack videos, so I decided to film a morning routine ASMR satisfying style! Or should we call it - try not to cringe challenge ;) This weird video consists of my get ready morning routine paired with over 70 satisfying ASMR sounds. It includes ASMR eating sounds, whispering, soft talking, cooking sounds, nature sounds, breathing, playing with toys and slime, brushing teeth and hair, ASMR makeup sounds and more! Let me know if you can feel a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck with this ASMR triggers.
This was such a fun way of switching my usual DIY life hacks morning routine videos with something more trendy and weird. Let me know if you'd like me to film an ASMR night routine with some ASMR food and ASMR sleep as well!

Hi! I’m so sorry if I sound annoying to you, but I just wanted to let you know it’s really unhealthy to go to sleep that late and wake up around 2:00 pm. Of course you dont have to, but I would recommend going to sleep around 10:00 pm and waking up around 8:00 - 9:00 am 😊. It’s just a recommendation though, you dont have to if you dont want to!
