He is almost certainly doing some kind of extended fasting. Probably skipping entire days of eating, just drinking water. Then bingeing within a small window of time one single day and immediately back to fasting after that meal for several days. With his upload schedule it fits perfectly.

@@schrodingergaming7 and there lies the big debate. Fasting, and even extended fasting aren’t inherently harmful. In fact the benefits fasting has on the body, if you can commit, is kind of crazy. A lot of body builders do it, people have done it to lose weight, and it can also maintain weight. Your doctor is almost certainly going to argue against it tho, mostly on the basis that it isn’t maintainable and will lead to developing detrimental eating habits if you crash and burn. Or tell you you’ll go into “starvation mode”. Only that first one has any merit. But obviously at this point maintaining the regiment isn’t an issue for him. So I’d say the fasting itself, no. What he eats in particular on his “re-feed days” is where any real concern might be. Straight-up fast food. Dangerous amounts of sodium and sugar, and so little fiber in one haul, but all the water he’d be drinking would would help mitigate that. He probably drinks an absurd amount of water, which is needed for these. It isn’t for the faint of heart that’s for sure
