The sandwich is called 'idol sandwich' since it is the GS-25 version of the famous Inkigayo sandwich that idols are given at the Inkigayo Music Broadcasts. Although it is not the original one, it is sold in every convenient store in Korea and each one of them has their own version. The common fillings are jam, crab meat, egg and mayo.

the idol sandwich is also called the inkigayo sandwich because it's what idols usually eat from the cafeteria at the music show and apparently they also use it to exchange numbers by hiding them in the sandwich 😂

色々な人のモッパンとかasmrを見て回ったけど、やっぱり蟹ちゃんが一番だ。食べ物もおいしそう、動画も丁寧、食べ方きれい、クチャクチャしない、鼻息もしない、字幕も楽しい、蟹ちゃんもかわいい。最高。すごく食べ方きれいで動画も素敵な方はいるんだけど、鼻息がどうしても苦手で…。蟹ちゃんは鼻息が聞こえないから本当に最高。

4:43 • i think it's called idol sandwich because they sell/serve sandwiches like this at music banks (or just inkigayo idk. it's also known as the infamous inkigayo sandwich). and lots of idols eat this during their promotions at music banks! i am not certainly sure but i hope i helped!!! btw i love your videos. i click them right away after getting a notif! ♡ from the philippines. ps: we also have that inkigayo sandwich here in our country! it tastes really good!

it called “idol sandwich” because it recipes is known from “Inkigayo” (korean music show). this sandwich are selled by Inkigayo’s cafetaria, but somehow it’s recipe goes online and its quite delicious so its became famous *sorry for my bad english and please cmiiw☺️🖤
