normally just water and black coffee. sometimes i'll add BCAAs to water or have an iced coffee from dunkin (with almond milk & sugar) thanks for watching!

De niños,cuando mi hermano y yo salíamos de las clases de tarde en el colegio,comprábamos un bollito brioche cada uno en la panadería artesana de al lado y corríamos a casa para llenarlos de Nocilla(aquí eres más popular Nocilla-española- que Nutella -iltaliana- y teníamos el frasco de 2 sabores,blanco y cacao con avellanas)...la mejor merienda del mundo!😝😍 Gracias por traerme ese recuerdo,Vic,eres genial!😊
