This is some deep hidden ASMR lore right here 😂 “No bananas for you yet!” (A long time ago there was an “unintentional asmr” video of a man getting this test done and the woman testing him said “no bananas for you yet!” during the test and I never thought I’d ever see it be referenced ever again in my life 🤣)

As someone who has benefited greatly from doing NRT, I know it may sound wild but it literally saved my life. My husband is currently seeing a practitioner after the medical community failed to give answers. It requires commitment to dietary changes and staying consistent on the program but the benefits are worth it. I just wish insurance would cover it but healthy people don’t keep clinics and hospitals open as repeat customers.

I saw a certified NRT practitioner for several years who helped me get my health back on track by addressing my hormone and digestive issues… while she was testing me I would always get this head to toe tingling sensation from it… Now it makes sense. 😁

I couldn't relax for some reason all my mind would go to is how TIRED her arm must have been. There is no way I'd hold my arm up for 45 mins. Think that's why her arm was weak lol

Had a groupon for this. The male 'practitioner' said it is physics (how is it related to medical science is beyond me). Tried to sell some random supplements saying I have a bad thyroid amongst many other problems. When I pointed out that my bloodwork was always normal for thyroid and kidneys he pointed me to his 'seminar' to learn about thyroid. Then I was told to strip down so he could check all of my scars including stretch marks since it will interfere with treatment. His excuse was all 'doctors' ask for this. I pointed out that my dad is a doctor himself and i never had to do it, then he stopped for the day. Even at the OB/GYN we are given paper gowns and here we are given nothing.

They don’t, it’s a psychological test to test perceived effects on certain foods and objects that can actually cause harm if actually interacted with. Think peanut allergy test.
