I reorganized my poetry in this notebook of crinkly paper and sheet protectors. I also shared one of my poems at the end of the video. I loved the sounds from this particular notebook.

I've been looking foe a video like this for years! When I was about 12, my math teacher was doing this exact thing at the front of the classroom and my desk was opposite her. I was trying to do my work, but I was so relaxed by the noise, I was trying to listen without her realising haha! I never knew it was ASMR until a few years ago. I've searched for a video like this the whole time and couldn't find it. Thank you for your content!

The cat meowing was the best! I often only listen to ASMR while doing other things (ASMR + coloring book app = relaxation) but I had to rewind and check out the kitty after I heard that!

Yes I put together this notebook. I put thin, water damaged pages in between my regular pages to make it extra crinkly. Then I slipped it into the sheet protectors and put it in the order that I wanted it. It could have been more neatly done if I had typed out all my poetry on matching pages. Good luck with your project.

Hi Grace! I was raised in Calabasas, California. And yes I am a believer in the Lord Jesus. I also lived in Paradise California for nine years. Sadly that town is gone from the fire. Nice to meet you Grace. What area are you from in Southern California?

I live in Palmdale but grew up in Reseda. My sister in law lives in calabasas off Los Verginus road. I’m a.believer in Jesus also. So very nice to meet you. I always thought I was weird because paper sounds always put me to sleep lol. I guess I’m not alone.

, Grace, I grew up in a small rural area called Monte Nido. Right off of Las Virgenes Hwy. Near Tapia Park. I have been to Reseda. My sister lived in Palm Dale years ago. You are definitely not alone in loving the sound of paper. There is an army of us out there! Lol!
