I promise I'm still alive and to prove it here is a LONG video from me. Let me know what you think of this style of video because I find them very relaxing personally. I hope you enjoy some super sensitive triggers such as, water sounds, pencil scratching, brush strokes and paint mixing. I'm not the best artist but I had fun painting this.

What is ASMR?
Coined in 2010, ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response) is a relaxing, often sedative sensation that begins on the scalp and moves down the body. Also known as "brain massage," it's triggered by placid sights and sounds such as whispers, accents, and crackles.
Aside from being a pleasant sensation, many people who watch ASMR videos say it helps reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety and insomnia. ... Survey research suggests that the most common motivation for watching ASMR videos is for the mental health benefit of aiding sleep and reducing stress

I love the soft brush strokes sound on the canvas, most people are very forceful with their brush strokes. I also enjoyed the wetness sound of the paint. Great triggers! I slept like a baby.definitely added to my sleep playlist.

So many ASMR videos have super high-frequency sounds thrown in there and that really hurts my ears for whatever reason, so I'm really glad to find a video like this

12:15 you have your sound so nice I can hear who's ever store door that is, least I think that's what I heard lol. I love ambient background noise sometimes. It adds to how calm a video is.
