ASMR - Pencil writing & chewing gum sounds

Hello everyone!!! In this video I'm writing on a little piece of
paper and i thought it would be a good opportunity to eat some chewing gum while doing this.
I know that a lot of people are not a big fan of chewing gum, but since this channel is for sounds ASMR sounds only i wanted to give it a try again. If you prefer to hear a sound recording without the chewing gum, feel free to let me know and I'll make sure that in the future I'll upload one with just the writing sounds. ~Much love ilse!

I love this! These are two of my favorite sounds. When I was 12, the girl who sat in front of me in English class would chew gum while working on her assignments, & I would just sit and listen. =)

Oh my godddd my babysitter used to do my hair while chewing gum when I was little and I absolutely LOVED listening to it and now I know why! Memories :)

i know right! I was kind shocked myself that i was in the mood to do this but it's one of those triggers that you love or you hate :P I'm happy to see that many people are happy with this video/sound recording :D

I always find it amazing that I get tingles from gum chewing in asmr videos but when my colleague chews gum loudly I literally want to punch her it annoys me so much! Weird how a trigger can be both good and bad depending on the situation..

thanks for doing this, Ilse! I would love a video with just the pencil sounds, since it's one of my favorite triggers and I'm sadly one of the people who isn't crazy about mouth sounds. You're the best.

Amazing that the same sound gets such a wide variety of reactions. Some tingle, some hate it, some are in between. Sanding a block of wood or sheet rock with low grade sandpaper is what pushes my button the most. I found an ASMR video of sanding, but it was too short. How long ASMR has been a known phenomena? I only heard the term ASMR recently. When my wife used to brush or scrub the huge garden tub in the Master bathroom, I would lay on my bed in a state of euphoria, not wanting her to stop.

I didn't see the "chewing gum" bit in the title. I was just so excited to hear the writing sound. But yep I have misophonia and I avoid mouth sounds and this triggered my misophonia and ive never threw my phone so far and fast.

The Amazing its a hatred of common sounds, common sounds such as breathing or eating or tapping will make us want to cry. This isn't a great example so theres always Wikipedia! :)

The pencil writing really made me tired. No wonder I fall asleep in class. Especially tests. Also, gum chewing has alsways put me to sleep. So in MCAs I'm asleep most of the time.

great video! funny note: I was listening to this in a computer lab and every time your phone went off, I thought I heard someones phone in the lab I was in. I didn't realize it was from the video until now (like 10th time watching) haha

I would love if you could upload a video with just the writing. Gum chewing is like an anti-trigger for me, although there have been 1 or 2 times it hasn't bothered me.
