To me they aren't doing perfectionism though, they are just doing make up and hair and not the focusing trigger where they obsess and fiddle until it's perfect. That's the best trigger and it's always missing 😢

I love how gentle you do makeup! I watch a lot of ASMR videos of makeup and I find it most relaxing when the artist is gentle with applying makeup. I actually find it harder to relax if they are rough with application. Thanks! You are very good!!💤💤

@@hollyb750 I think she mostly doesn’t. However, she used to have acne but is maintaining more or less healthy diet, takes mineral supplements and cleanses her skin 2x times then applies mosturizer. I do that to and it does wonders!
