Hi Haley loving your videos they help me relax when my anxiety is playing up. Lately my anxiety hasn't been good my anxiety has been sky hight. And all that. Ahh just what I needed had a rough day… had a pelvic MRI at Mayo Clinic this evening and had to have an iv and then gave me some contrast that made me really sick , finally in bed and ready for some pampering from Haley to get to sleep
