This video was made for educational purposes. In this video Spartak (inst @massage_krd_020) showed his skills in back massage. During the session Spartak is describing his actions in detail and sharing a lot of educational information with us. After the back massage Spartak did a very thorough chiropractic adjustments session which you can find in one of the previous videos.

Spartak is awesome! Some amazing explanations in this video, stuff that hit home personally. Been thinking about seeking out therapy like this but Spartak is right, I need to head to the shrink first. The anxiety won't go away because of a massage or a chiro visit, appreciate the sentiment in a video promoting his work. Takes a lot of character to actually argue that sometimes its in the best interest of everyone if you don't get a new patient aka money. Helping people find the right treatment is noble.

From 32:40 to the end of the video that has to be the best neck/occipital massage I have seen ever. Should be made the gold standard to preempt any chiropractic neck adjustment.

So interesting, love when they do real explanation and information. But I think, even if the problem is psykosomatic, it can help people to be more aware of the body - witch can give the head a little break and some rest. Some more than others of cource, some people have too big mental issues, to be helped, I know you are right.
