Insomnia sufferer here. I haven't had a proper night's sleep in about 20 years. Thanks to ASMR, I can NAP!!! I survive on naps. I am on disability. Because not getting the long , 6 hour stretch of continuous sleep at night just ruins your brain. If I'm very lucky, I can get a couple of 2 or 3 hour naps in a day. It's not enough to support my immune system or healing. It's not enough to support proper brain function. I cannot stress enough how important ASMR vids are for my sanity.

I must spread the word of your channel to others. You deserve 1M subs like the rest of the ASMR legends.
