Great opening. It really set the scene to start the video. Do you do your own editing? If not you can pass my comments on to your editor. It may seem like a small thing, but it is what sets you apart from the others. Of course your skills are outstanding, and your creativity is off the charts, but any little additions can only help. For a while I subscribe to Katie's channel, but soon lost interest in the content, and filming errors. From your voice quality, to the detail you put into your background, your videos are flawless.
