Hello and welcome to ASMR Realty! Soft-spoken realtor Veda will be showing you a variety of apartments in New York City. In this call-center style roleplay we'll look through apartments ranging from $1500 per month up to $50,000 per month. Hope you enjoy!

Whenever anyone tells me Capitalism is “good” I look at the rent in NY and am reminded it is actually NOT.
