@@sweetnothingsasmr thank youu 🥺 I was thinking you could listen to their heartbeat and count it? And it would be pounding really hard so you’d help them calm down? You could reassure them their heart sounds strong and loud, it’s just racing really fast cause they’re nervous ❤️ You could also repeat the “babum, babum” sounds back to show what you’re hearing? That would be super tingly 🥰
