Thank you for posting this my friend. I have watched this video multiple times over the past few weeks as I had a recent trauma in my life. I’ve barely been able to get out of bed, and some days I can’t even do that. I normally meditate at least once or twice a day but since the event I just can’t bring the energies to me like I normally can. But I watch this video a couple times a week and it has been immensely helpful in my spiritual emotional and physical healing from the trauma I have experienced lately. I’m so done with it but it’s so hard to stop because I have incredible fear. Lately within the last year I have seen angel numbers every single day some days more than others. I had a hysterectomy in my twenties (lost everything except my ovaries) and just lost one of my two ovaries in September at age 35. It's begun hitting more and more. I realize it is a type of trauma. The surgeries were necessary and saved me a lot of pain and I've spoken with a therapist about the emotional aspects, but there is a lot of undealt with spiritual stuff I didn't realize needed to be addressed. This video has given me that opening. So thank you.

It’s February 21 , i feel so much pain in my heart, wondering why whenever I decide to open up my heart it end up with another heart break, i forced my self to get out of bed , forced my self to have breakfast, I don’t want my mum to know how much grief there’s in me . Wondering to myself, will I ever find my soulmate? Will I ever be in a balanced requited love? I took a shower, i put my hands on my heart crying why me? When will it me my turn to feel a fullfiling romantic love, i look at the clock , it’s 11 am , my shift starts in two hours but I’m not ready to face the world. I tuck my self in my bed. Trying to sooth myself then i opened youtube and your video appeared on. My feed. I press play. 40 minutes later i got the strength to get out of my bed ,wear decent clothes and to face the world. the synchronicity today is wild. i was thinking about mother mary driving on the way home from work today before i found this! i think it's just what i needed, because yesterday i became very upset because of rejection sensitivity and abandonment/ghosting from friends and what it's done to my psyche. it hurt me and it's been a while but i'm still very sad and confused about it, wondering if i've done something wrong to drive my former friends away but i'm not receiving any closure or even subtle hints. thank you for this. the timing is perfect
