Today it was a kind of bad day,things didn't worked out,it was fustrating and i shouted to one of my family members,i felt very bad about it.Im learning to be better but sometimes emotions can run high and it ruins my self esteem, Listening to your videos it gives me no distractions.By the way i think i need to learn Spanish 😅 because i wasn't able to get what you were saying in Spanish.

So sorry you are experiencing that! Endo is so rough 😞🙏🏼❤️ 10 years of ayahuasca, Kambo and other sacred medicines. Therapy, working with shamans getting to the root of it. Healing her childhood trauma. Most importantly stress managing. She feels it flare up when she is going through immense periods of stress, but when life is still and she’s more calm it doesn’t affect her as much. I pray you can get the healing you need to manage it and heal, whatever that looks like for your individual needs 🙏🏼🩵🩵🩵🩵

I know this video is old, but I would love to hear about how your mom cured her fibromyalgia. My mom has been struggling with fibro for 2 years now and medication the dr prescribed isn’t working.

I’m so sorry love! Fibro is the WORST! My mom has been on a healing journey because of it for over 10 years now and she still gets flare ups when she is under stress. I’m not sure what would work for your mom 🙁 but my mom has sat in multiple ayahuasca , Kambo, mushroom ceremonies to deal with the trauma. She got to the root of the cause and was able to pin point why her dis ease began and it all comes down to trauma and suppressed emotions. It’s more common in women because we are conditioned to not speak up for ourselves. I really have been trying to get my mom to help other fibro warriors out there, she has never taken any prescribed medication for it and she is active every single day, but like I said she still has flare ups. I think it’s about healing from within and managing stress 🙏🏼💗
