Thank you! 🙏💖✨ I was trained in traditional Usui and Tibetan Reiki but was raised by a healer and over time have developed my own style that works best for me! A lot of the techniques I use range over many energy healing styles/practices/belief systems. But mostly I just do what comes from deep inside my soul!

How do you ensure that the energies being addressed aren’t somehow more personal than would be appropriate in a public setting, or more to the point, what about the tantric and esoteric energies that are centered on passion or the root chakra? Are there sometimes unexpected responses? Thanks for your work!

I’m so glad you asked this question! I think one of the greatest challenges for most people is allowing the fullness of our personal power to move beyond the root/sacral and into all chakras/aspects of the body, mind, and soul! What we think of as ‘sexual energy’ is just pure creative force and doesn’t always need to be expressed in that way. If we allow it to rise and embody other parts of the self, I think it opens doors to embracing the power, drive, and fullness of energy that most people are searching for (whether they realize it or not). No one could ever be truly fulfilled if sex is their only access to this raw energy in the body!

Poor Vera looks really uncomfortable - lower back problem? Her agitated legs might result from compressed nerves in lower back. Debilitating

There was definitely a lot of release in the legs during this session. If you notice during the end I wipe a lot of build up off of her legs! Farah is a skilled healer herself and uses techniques to help encourage the release process through somatic shaking, which I think is what you’re noticing in this session!

The energy released was intense this session for sure! I really noticed a difference with Madi’s hands on energy - I would immediately begin vibrating 😂 it wasn’t uncomfortable, but I was definitely really activated this day and releasing a lot
