The first bit about remembering being a kid was pretty unpleasant for me as those early years were full of abuse and severe mental health problems for me, but when you mentioned being in the field under the stars and having a campfire, that was lovely. I thought of being in my late teens and early twenties instead and was able to calm back down. I friggin love the relaxing ambient vibes videos; you’ve the only ASMRtist I know of who uses music and that was the first thing the drew me to your channel! Music is a seriously underrated trigger, but it’s POWERFUL and super effective. Thank you for doing these, my absolute favorite vids!

A really good night tonight 🥺

God this is so needed. I had such a shitty,depressive ,dark day/week. I really tried to stay positive, strong,productive but at work suddenly my nose started bleeding and i was shaking. So my Boss asked me if i wanna go home. But as weird as i am, i said no. Becaouse i knew when i go home i will only be surrounded with my head shit. And currently my flatmates are gone and i would have been allone in the flat. So i stayed at work. And as i came home i couldnt coock, exercise,clean and what i else love to do to keep my Routine and stay in track. The Last 2 nights i f*cking couldnt sleep again and i feelt like drunk and i couldnt even take off my bra or jeans becaouse i literally was physicaly so exhausted. But finally After a verry emotional day and talking to friends and family i am so sleepy and this really Hits my chill and relax mood.. i even managed to eat a little bit finally. Man..i hope everybody is fine and that nobody of you feel like shit. And even if so..this shit will pass and the sun will come out and warm your skin in a tender and gentle way. Love goes out.
