You are watching too many asmr videos. Take a break & give your brain a break from using the same stimulus. You body grows accustomed to the sound that give you the tingles & the only way to get them back for me & from what I've read is to find something else to give the stimulus or to break from it completely. Just make sure to acknowledge the privilege it is to be able to look away. Care for yourself and everything, but make sure to stay aware that others can’t. And talking about Palestine anywhere you can does help, as more will be aware (in America, it’s not being properly broadcasted, there’s tons of misinformation)

@@wichikuno, no it doesn’t help. The majority of us is more than aware about the situation and many are fighting and sharing but this is not the place. If not even asmr can be a safe space to have a couple of minutes for yourself, then there is no safe space whatsoever. As you said, we should take care of our mental health as well. It’s not our fault that Palestinian are suffering and we can feel for them and acknowledge the privilege without destroying our mental health.
