I really do apreciate multi language channels like this, i find korean extremely relaxing when in drawing or reading but struggle with intrusive thoughts at night and need things i can follow along to in my head. Two for one asmr-tist, gotta love her 💜

To Miss Rang, I was (still am) with a flu. And in the mental health part... i'm not feeling well. No depressed (or depression) -I think. Or maybe not just yet.- Anyway... Your timing could not have been any more perfect, Hyerang! Not to complain, but these last few weeks have been very trying for me. I've been dealing with a lot of stress and subsequently losing a lot of sleep as a result. Having chronic insomnia doesn't help matters much either. It's been difficult, what I've been going through. I'm hoping to see things through to the end soon, but I can at least count on sleeping better because of your videos.
