Hello Everyone! In this ASMR video I will do a hand massage on myself. There are wet and dry hand sounds, fabric sounds, tracing and it is done in a soft spoken tone with occasional whisper.

🥺aww Morika you’ve got nice hands, and pretty nails too. No need to be self conscious. My volar ganglion cyst has been hurting some lately. Thankfully it’s small and I can squeeze and massage to make the swelling go away.

This was a beautiful video of a beautiful woman massaging her hands and describing how you do the process. It was lovely to know that you work in healthcare, and that you continuously wash your hands. You shouldn't be self conscious about your hands . You have beautiful hands and lovely long nails. This was very relaxing Morika 😴You're lucky it's only your hands you are self conscious of, I'm self conscious of my entire body.🙁 There is nothing wrong with your hands, they are lovely.❤ I was concerned at first that you were going to burn your arm on the candle..... but then I realized they weren't real 🙄

Thank you so much!! I use real candles occasionally in my videos, but usually only when I'm trying to light a sage smudge. Otherwise it's usually flameless. I can be a touch clumsy on occasion 😅

I decided to give myself a dual hand massage by sitting on both hands and rocking back and forth and to the sides. Being gassy helped provide some extra warmth.
