Donna, you were how I discovered Asmr. I remember stumbling across your video of you playing Zelda on the 3DS a few years ago, and I wondered why you were whispering, but I enjoyed it so I started watching more of your videos thinking you were the only one who made whispering videos and then I soon realised that asmr was an actual thing and that's the story of how I discovered asmr!

Welcome back Donna! I think you would be able to use a program like virtual audio cable or VoiceMeeter Banana to set it up so you could preview through headphones connected to the pc/laptop

i don't know much about mics but the new one seemed too sensitive for your whispering the other sounds all were very "crisp" i think if you can get rid of the hiss static noise it would be a very good mic. Can I make a request for a thumping sound test on the mic cover?

I doubt that it has something to do with the mic itself. Try that on different headphones, I think that should fix that.

Fun fact: I'm still using that iPad! Most apps don't work anymore since it's so old, but it still works for KZfaq and Twitch! :D

Probably a KZfaq issue. Most people don't see my videos in their feeds anymore, this is why my view count is so low compared to my overall subscribers. Make sure to click on the bell icon to get a notification whenever I post a new video! :)

Tho it is not a 3D mic but if you are using headphones you can still hear that the sound source is moving.

I prefer ASMR mics that are ear to ear do I liked the old one, though the new one sounded pretty nice otherwise
