My name is Dmitri, i live on the Gold Coast Australia. I remember a tingling sensation i would experience when i was young, as i grew i found i could trigger the experience when i found the right set stimuli like the tone of a person's voice, gentle massage, watching someone focus on a task. Over time i found and experienced many different situations to learn about all the different triggers for ASMR. I translated that experience & combined some innate ability to help people experience it combined with the high quality studio recordings to bring the highest quality tingles i can.
I specialize in no talking ASMR video's focusing on ASMR sounds, i try to create different videos for all the different preferences people have. Some of my role plays are based in fictional characters like Dr Dmitri & Manwelle
I loved watching massage video to experience ASMR so i like to create videos to replicate these experiences with other, like head massage, back massage for total body relaxation.
What is ASMR ?
When your cranial nerves receives information in the form of sight, sounds & Senses your brain may process this information as let us say a "trigger" When you cranial nerves find that perfect combination of "Triggers" it activates the full effect of the parasympathetic nervous system almost like a symphony neurons hitting the perfect note as wave after wave of feelings cascades down the nervous system down the spine and to many parts of the body
I believe it may then releases one or more of: oxytocin, acetylcholine, GABA, Serotonin, endorphins directing into the brain and blood stream Instantly relaxing, clearing cortisol, adrenaline and soothes the body.

I've often wondered if eye doctors are triggered by eye examinations. I had an opthamologist while growing up that could have people out cold with his voice.

@justsomeguy7044 If anything, I get annoyed at the inaccuracies and avoid any type of eye/ cranial nerve/ medical exam ASMR lol. This is my one exception because of Dimitri's voice and cadence. It is interesting sometimes to see people re-create what they think the experience is like.

The roleplays are always my favorite. Most "triggers" aren't my bag. Like I don't love microphone scratching or crinkling all that much. It's always been the voice for me. My earliest ASMR experiences were probably elementary school, sitting on the floor of the cafetorium, listening to some boring assembly where the presenter had a nice low voice, a classmate scratching my back... One of my favorite videos of yours is the Practice Exam because it's exactly what would cause real world ASMR for me.

Personal favorite part was the 7 to 8 minute mark. I would LOVE a full length video. You were one of my first ASMRists that introduced me to ASMR. You massage and massage roleplay videos have always been some of my favorites and I would still go back and watch them while you were away. It's so good to have you back~ And this was great to come home from work too.

I don’t tend to comment stuff like this but you, and this comment section has got me feeling nostalgic. I still remember when I first got into ASMR. The first time I saw it was on KZfaqrs React and one of your videos was on there. You were the first channel I sought out after that video, so I guess you could say you were the first ASMRtist I watched. I’m so glad you’re doing videos again 🫶🏼 hope you’re enjoying it

Also side note - I remember when I first found out you were Australian it blew my mind. I live near Brisbane, it’s like knowing a celebrity lives near you (as near as a 2 hour drive can be)

I’ve been watching asmr for years and Dimitri is one of the only.. if not the only, ASMRtist who still gives me complete relaxation. Thank you Dimitri for your hard work so I can sleep well!
